About Industrious Lemon

Who We Are

Industrious Lemon is led by Danni Leach, a Leyton-based artist, maker, and educator with a rich and diverse creative background. Trained formally as a fine artist, Danni’s practice spans a wide range of art forms and materials—from vibrant illustrations, paintings, and sculptures to festival props, bespoke art pieces, and furniture design and manufacture. Always eager to explore new techniques, she balances multiple creative projects with enthusiasm and dedication.

With over 12 years of teaching experience—primarily in primary school Art and Design & Technology—Danni currently serves as the specialist Art and DT teacher and subject lead at a North London primary school. She is a certified Art Award Advisor, qualified to deliver the Explore and Discover Awards accredited by Trinity College London. Beyond the classroom, Danni has provided professional development for fellow educators and worked extensively with children, young people, and disabled adults in community arts settings.

What We Offer

Industrious Lemon specialises in printmaking workshops, particularly focusing on Collagraph printing and Dry-point etching.

Workshops are available in 3 formats:

Casual drop-in sessions, where participants create prints using ready-made plates.
Extended 2–3 hour workshops, allowing participants to develop their own original designs from scratch.
Children’s Party printing slot

Both formats welcome participants aged 6 and up, with family-friendly and adult-only options available. For younger children under six, a simplified and playful press printing activity is offered to ensure everyone can enjoy the creative experience. All materials are provided.

Coming Soon

We are excited to be developing a comprehensive, multi-week printmaking course designed to deepen exploration of various techniques, enable the creation of multiple high-quality plates, and provide extended printing practice.

Additionally, we offer bespoke one-on-one tutoring, GCSE portfolio preparation, and children’s art clubs upon request.
